Front Office Team
Elizabeth is the bright face with the pretty smile that greets you at the reception desk. She has been with Dr. Portalupi’s office since 1999. She is our scheduling and insurance coordinator. Elizabeth graduated from Woodland High, and has been in Woodland almost her whole life. She is the youngest of eight children. She is also the proud mom of Celeste, and can’t believe her daughter is almost graduating from high school and getting ready for college!! They recently bought a new house, and are extremely busy making their house their home. Liz has also started training for a half marathon, and hopes to move up to a full marathon in the very near future. Most of all, she is trying to get all the precious time she can in with her daughter, and loves every minute of it!!

Carolina is our treatment coordinator. She has been with the office since 2006. She also grew up here in Woodland, and graduated from Woodland High. Carol is married, and has three children, Andres Jr., daughter Alexis, and her 1-year-old son Johan. When Carolina isn't helping our new patients get acquainted with our office, or planning our next patient party or contest, or helping our Spanish speaking patients any way she can, she loves to spend precious time with her family, and she loves to shop!

Clinical Team
Virginia has been with our office since 1997. She is a very passionate RDA who loves what she does! She was born in Jalisco, Mexico, but was raised here in Woodland, where she has been most of her life. Virginia graduated from Woodland High. She is married and has two beautiful girls, Bianca and Alyssa. When Virginia (or “Virg” as we call her) isn’t helping our wonderful patients or translating for our Spanish speaking patients, she loves spending time with her family!

Pauline has been an RDA with Dr. Portalupi’s office since 2005. She loves being part of her team, and has been in the orthodontic field for almost 15 years! She grew up in the Bay Area, but relocated to Esparto during high school, where she graduated, and met her husband, Cesar. They have been in Woodland pretty much ever since. Pauline and Cesar celebrated their ten-year wedding anniversary this year, and are proud parents to twin boys who are now in pre-school!! When Pauline isn’t with our awesome patients or teaching her boys about the world around them, she loves practicing photography, cooking, hanging out with her family and friends, or coming up with something new to do. Pauline recently became a cancer survivor. She has gotten our office active in Woodland’s Relay for Life, and is a major advocate. Pauline came back to work back in May, and is back in her position of RDA. She also helps out with marketing and does our photography. She heads up pretty much all of our social media, and e-mail. Natalie started as a patient in our office back in 2000. Her jaw surgery inspired her to start a career in the dental field. She started working with us in 2008. Natalie lives with her parents here in Woodland. She is a native to the town, and has been here her WHOLE life!! When she is not attending to our wonderful patients, she is fishing, golfing, reading, watching movies, camping, and her favorite, vacationing all over California with her family and her boyfriend, Robert. Natalie also heads up our hygiene program, and travels to our local schools to help students learn how to take care of their teeth, let her know if you want us to come visit your class!!
